Shipping Conditions

Dry ice shipment (recommended for stability)
FedEx Box S shipment (available upon customer request)

Biolinks K.K. guarantees product quality at the time of shipment only. FedEx Box S shipment is selected at the customer's discretion and may not be suitable depending on compound stability, season, and transit conditions.

Shipping & Order Terms

FedEx account number is required (freight collect).
Standard shipment day: once a week, typically on Tuesdays.
A handling charge of USD 50 applies per shipment.
First-time orders are accepted on a prepayment basis.
